About Us
Tot Tees was started in 2012 by Charlie Puzzo a 20+ year veteran of the animation industry and Mark Arnzen a 20+ year veteran of the screenprint industry. We combined our talents and those of artists of all ages to bring great quality shirts with fun and interesting designs to market. We hope to continue to grow the brand by bringing in new designs and new artists making Tot Tees fresh every time you shop.
From a very young age Mark was drawing on anything he could find. His style was developed over the years from books, art classes, and practice, practice, practice. The cartoonish style was influenced by classic cartoon artists like Walt Disney, Tex Avery, and Preston Blair as well as Japanese Anime. His style reflects the graphic method he has learned over the years. Bold simple designs created with clean lines.
Mark has 25+ years experience in the screen printing industry, and just as many in graphic design. He started in high school art class making his own screen print designs and from there developed the bug to print. Working in the screen printing industry while going to college an opportunity arose to buy out the company he was working for and he has been printing ever since. Metro Design Group was founded in 1991 with a focus on the highest quality inks, screens, and printing methods delivering a quality product for a reasonable price. This dedication to quality carries over to Tot Tees. We love our products and proudly wear them ourselves.
Charlie Puzzo started working in Animation in 1994 with Chuck Jones Film Productions, where he worked on 6 theatrical short cartoons for Warner Bros.
